- Standard shipping time: Monday - Saturday
- Order Processing Time: When you place an order with itzmintz.com, packages are carefully shipped in packaging within 48 working hours. If you place the order on a Sunday or on a major holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. In some cases, the delivery may take a little longer than stated due to customs clearance.
- Shipping time: 5-7 working days to the USA/Canada, with FedEx / DHL Shipping; 5-7 Working Days to European countries with FedEx / DHL/ DPEX Shipping; 5-10 Working Days to other Countries With DHL

1. Express doesn't accept any address with P.O.
2. Please ensure your address is correct. Changing your address after the product has left the factory will cause delays in getting your order. An extra $10 will be charged after the address has been updated, after shipment has been processed..
- Delivery: Your package will be shipped to the address we have on file. Once your package has arrived you will need your signature to receive your package. If you will not be available to sign for it, you will then need to contact the delivery company.
- We're not responsible for the following situations
1. Shipping address incorrect or was not updated before the order process was completed, FedEx won't be able to find it.
2. Nobody was able to sign for the package, FedEx left the package at the front door, package was stolen.
3. Signed by someone else you don't know, which means maliciously stolen.
4. Broken items damaged by the delivery driver

EXCHANGE & REFUND

- 7 Days: Items returned the same day of receiving your original order could be eligible for a refund or exchange. If it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction, or color not matching the description. Please feel free to contact our customer service email above; our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging). Please note that gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products..
- Authorized: Hair, styling products, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. After the return request has been authorized, the product can be shipped back to the address that was sent to.
- Refund: The refund will be arranged within 3 days after we decide to approve or deny your request. We will then get the returned package ready. If you paid by PayPal balance, you'll get the money once we are refunded. If you paid by credit card, bank card, or debit card, you would get the payment within 7-15 days, depending on your bank.
Contact us first: Please feel free to contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order. You can send the items back after your return has been approved. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. The buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee.
